Have you ever found yourself overwhelmed by an abundance of information?

Have you experienced the feeling of being both overworked and underutilized?

Do you often feel busy but not truly productive?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, the solution lies in adopting an Essentialist mindset.

In “Essentialism,” Greg McKeown, the CEO of a Leadership and Strategy agency in Silicon Valley, who has conducted courses at major companies like Apple, Google, and Facebook, reveals the concept of the disciplined pursuit of less. Being an Essentialist involves a disciplined approach to thinking, challenging the notion that “We can have it all” or “I have to do everything,” and embracing the pursuit of doing “the right thing, in the right way, at the right time.”

By applying a more selective and discerning criteria to determine what is truly essential, embracing Essentialism allows us to regain control over our choices. This empowers us to focus our time, energy, and efforts on the goals and activities that genuinely matter.

Drawing from his experiences and insights gained while working with the leaders of the most innovative companies and organizations globally, McKeown guides readers on how to incorporate Essentialism into their own lives. By doing so, individuals can make significant contributions towards achieving their most meaningful aspirations.
